Considering the past history of Yamaha, we expect this new supersport to come with a sleek and aerodynamic design. The Yamaha YZF-R8 will be based on the company’s tried and tested diamond-type platform. Its compact and lightweight chassis will provide the rider with a sporty and tucked-in riding posture. It will feature a fully adjustable inverted fork at the front end and a fully adjustable mono-shock absorber at the rear end. Yamaha YZF-R8 will be fitted with dual 298 mm disc brakes on the front wheel and a single 245 mm disc brake on the rear wheel. This 3-cylinder bike will be equipped with lightweight 10-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends.
